Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange
The product has a manufacturing defect or malfunction.
The product received is different from the order placed.
One or more essential components of the product are missing or incomplete.
The product was damaged during shipping.
Terms & Conditions
To process a return or exchange, the original invoice and bank transfer details must be provided.
The customer is entitled to a full refund in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, provided the request is made within 24 hours of receiving the product from the shipping company.
The product will be inspected in-store or by our technical support team. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer is entitled to a return or replacement.
The product must be returned in its original condition, with all included components, accessories, and any bundled gifts, and in its original packaging.
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the customer's account within 14 business days of approval.
If no defect or issue is confirmed after inspection, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways).
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account within a maximum of 14 business days. Please ensure that accurate bank account details are provided to expedite the process.
